Incase order is lost by delivery partner or can’t dispatch by seller due to any reason. Refund will be initiated into your same transaction Account.
Initiated Refund it takes time to settle the amount back in your account, depending on the payment mode which customer used while placing order:-
Refund via UPI: 24 – 48hrs.
Refund via Net Banking: 10-12 working days.
Refund via Credit or Debit card: 10-12 working days.
Refund via Wallet: 10-12 working days.

=> Incase order is returned by courier due to customer not accepted or not Available, order Re-dispatch fees needs to be paid by customer, no refund in this case, So give proper address & contact number, also Keep track your parcel.
